Shipping

LAFAILLE  ships to all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Canadian orders will be delivered with Canada Post services and international orders will be delivered via DHL. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If you order on weekends, your order will be shipped on the next business day.  Delivery is between 2 to 5 working days.  
International packages may be subject to import duties and local/domestic taxes upon arrival, which is beyond our control. Customs charges are levied by the country to which the package is delivered and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate an exchange, please email our team at LAUGHBYLAFAILLE@GMAIL.COM and we will provide you with our address to ship your item to. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping, however in the case of an exchange, we will ship your new piece back to you for free.

Sale Items
 
Sale items are final sale and not subject to returns or the exchange policy.

Defective Items

We take good care of every item that we ship to our customers. However, if one of our products happens to be defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. The damage must be issued by our part. If the damage is judged to be caused through mistreatment of the garment by the purchaser, we will not accept the return. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the package.

Once we receive the package, we will exchange it as quickly as possible without any fees. In case the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount paid.
